Hi and thanks for joining the discussion on men and women over 50 and their weight gain and weight loss. When you reach a certain age it’s always a struggle with your weight. Maybe it’s because of diet or a lack of exercise. There are many fitness programs and book on exercise and diet plus thousands of gyms all over that can cater to whatever type of workout you would like to do, whether it’s boxing, swimming weight training running or CrossFit. I’m looking for you guy’s ideas and experience on how you are dealing with weight gain or weight loss. In my experience, I recognized that I have to change my diet and eating habits because I can no longer eat the foods I used to. Like fried foods. Yes, I can no longer eat like I’M 25. I know that weight loss can be tricky. When losing weight you wanna lose the fat and not muscle, Because any muscle loss can seriously work against both your health and body composition goals.
